a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home,
patient-centered therapy to pediatric clients You will support SLPs
in helping children improve speech, language, and communication
skills through engaging interventions. Scheduling Options:
Part-time: under 24 visits per week Full-time: 25 visits per week
Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing individualized therapy
plans. Support assessment and monitor patient progress. Teach
families communication techniques and home strategies. Keep
detailed documentation of sessions. Collaborate with SLPs and care

organization. Requirements Licensed SLPA in Texas. Experience in
pediatric home health or related field preferred. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and
families. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
documentation. Ability to develop and implement personalized
treatment plans for diverse patient needs. Flexibility and
adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and
